Starting Fall 2025, The Baby Bookworm pivoted to picture book and middle grade book news, recommendations, and resource guides!
The Baby Bookworm is the former home of JJ, a young book-lover who enjoyed sharing her daily book reviews with our friends. In 2024, we suspended our daily post format to focus on other adventures, but we kept our review archives available for those searching for the perfect title for their own little bookworm.
Our blog started as a way to keep track of the books we read, but we ended up finding lots of friends who want to know what books are right for their little ones. So JJ and Mama started The Baby Bookworm, a review blog across multiple platforms, to share our literary adventures with other young book lovers.
Our reviews are still available on Instagram, Goodreads, and right here, so parents can follow whichever account is most convenient to them. Baby Bookworm reviews are short and simple, so bookworms and their grownups can find their book recommendations quickly and get to reading.
Welcome to our blog! Let’s read!
– SUPPORT LIBRARIES & INDEPENDENT BOOKSELLERS –
For the books in our permanent library, The Baby Bookworm advocates supporting independent booksellers.
All of our recommendations can be found on our Bookshop.org Storefront!
