Small town Christmases truly are something special: the sense of community, the gatherings, and the cozy festivities are something that can’t be replicated in larger settings. This sweet picture book details some of these delightful offerings, from skating ponds to fresh-baked gingerbread and more.
It should be noted that this book is inspired by Alexander’s show on UPtv, a Christian faith-based streaming service; however, with the exception of one spread describing the glowing lights of a small church, the book is largely secular. The charming illustrations give it a timeless feel, and those who are fond of small-town Christmases will certainly enjoy this one.
