Happy National STEM Day!

What is your favorite discipline of science to explore? Amongst others, we’re big fans of space exploration and study in the Baby Bookworm household, and we love reading about the past, present, and future in the sciences of space.

As such, two of our favorite science books from the past year were Moving to Mars by Eduard Altarriba, Guillem Anglada-Escudé, Sheddad Kaid-Salah Ferrón, and Miquel Sureda Anfres, and Cassini’s Mission by Katie Venit, illustrated by Julia Blattman. Both chock full of the wonder of space exploration and the details of how scientists study and engineer the ability to do so, these reads are awesome for the budding space scientist in your life!

Thanks so much to Button Books and MIT Kids Press for sending us copies of these!
