Summer Reading, Day 13: Today was the second day of our Daddy Book marathon. Our book was Hero Dad by Melinda Hardin. This was a nice, short book celebrating dads in the military, as JJ’s daddy was. Very nice art, and a quick read for young readers. It was also good that we are reminded of the many daddies that will not spending Father’s Day with their littles because they are serving.
